many inactive RR... I recycle them...for nothing... It's not working...

Hi djrichthis is proof of mine, i has recycle inactive RR for the last 2,3 days, some of mine RR had inactive when i has recyced and some are actived, you need to give it few days, if not then i just leave it for auto recycling ,as for me, i just keep recycle untill i got an active RR, if i still have credit in my balance.
