hey admin my two direct disappeared i had 87 now 85 what happend ?

May be By this terms and ConditionsUser Account rules 4. Inactive user accounts will be removed after 90 days, including their balances and refferals will be resetted to zero value |

There is a very good chance vishnuvardhan1996 is right. If you know the dr names, i'll look it up for you. Please, sent their names into a support ticket.

dear admin i can,t remember thier names but today again 7 dr disappeard may be vishnu is right my dr are inactive and going remove but dr deletion fees will be bad for me can u please remove  ?

There is no deletion fee when the system removes them.
