where is this level of membership? I can´t see it in "upgrade account" however a friend of mine has it!

Baby Blue was actually introduced as a very cheap (promo) upgrade. Its quite similar to the Blue Pioneer membership with a little extra. People who bought it for $0.01 can keep it till they upgrade/downgrade to another membership.
