No You Can Use a Unverified Payza to Cash Out Your Earnings!

P.s; I Have Cashed Out $100+ using my Unverified Payza

and I Hope Rules Haven't Changed!xD

It the TOS, it just say that PayPal users must be verified. Which means that other payment processors doesn`t need to be veirified
