So my race was good, I was hot, but that's okay. Neuroflexyn 3rd kilometer there was a water station, as I had very hot I take me 2 glasses of water. The only problem with my race is ... Following my stop to drink water, my legs were behind crampées, big cramps in my muscles. I did not mean that everything stops there. So I thought I'll walk a little. About two minutes walk I would try to start to run, and it came back better for the remainder of the race.
