After updating the cache on my computer, I could not log into my account. Did not help updating the page, no attempts to enter from other browsers, or a new cache cleaning.
The request for changing the password also failed - I could not remember the email to which the account was registered.
Appealed in support. The administrator patiently solved my problem. Hooray! The problem is solved. Thank you, admin !!
