when i go to submitted one ticket and click enter i have this message:

Session time-out. Refresh this page.

Hi,
there is no problem from our side, Please follow these steps to solve your problem:
1. Please update your browser, Java Runtime and Adobe flash Player
2. Clear your Browser cache,cookies and history
3. Restart you modem/router
4. Disable Ad Blocker
5. try another browser, if it worked, then the problem is from the browser.
