Support ticket not working. Keeps saying support tickets can only be written in Chinese, English and Arabic. Mine is in English but cannot be sent???

Hi,there is no problem from our side, Please follow these steps to solve your problem: 1. Please update your browser, Java Runtime and Adobe flash Player 2. Clear your Browser cache,cookies and history 3. Restart you modem/router 4. Disable Ad Blocker 5. try another browser, if it worked, then the problem is from the browser. or you can said your problem here and i will send to support |
