we tried our best to solve the issue as fast as possible, but Paypal support was slow and couldn't help us on the specified time frame they promised, we just called them and they said we will have to wait until Sunday because they don't work in weekends, i really apologize about this matter, but it' out of our hand at the moment, two more days to wait for giving us the solution.
