I'm having problems again about watching the videos

Hello!!I am so sorry for bothering again, i swear i try not to, but i really need help. I've been watching the videos offered here in the site. It says we must watch at least 3 videos and its ads to get those 0.5 $, but the thing is that i've watched them, but nothing happens. I mean, my balance remains the same, it doesn't increase. Now, when i go to the site HideoutTv, where the videos are, it says i must sign up if i want to get the rewards -even, that's what it says in the third link: "Hideout TV - Watch & Earn Rewards". So i did it, i signed up believing that's the way Clixblue recognize the 0.5 $, but nothing. So, as i said, i watched and watched videos, but the money doesn't encrease. Again, i am so sorry for bothering you so much. I don't mean it. I hope you can help me. Thank you for your attention. |

Hi,This isn't a bug, you need to signup with HideoutTV, when you signed up, you get credited in your HideoutTV account. Then you can withdraw your balance in HideoutTV to Clixblue. If you watch video's with no signup, nothing will be credited to anyone, not even Clixblue. |
